Region of Tokyo where all ships come and go. One can charter(or stow aboard) a boat here to go to any of the islands.

Chain of Islands not too far off from Tokyo's shores. Pirates have been known to hide on one of the islands in this chain.

| Okaji City
One of the larger cities that lie along the road from Kyoto to Tokyo, this city is a bustling place of activity. Lush inns hold comfy beds for weary travelers, while gambling stands line the streets. Crime is found here just like any other city, so stay on guard just in case.
